Tesla (TSLA.US) said the first batch of Semi electric trucks will go into production by the end of this year at its Nevada giga-plant, which has an annual output of 50,000 units, and that the Company is preparing for mass production in the next few quarters, with plant output to be gradually increased in 2026, according to foreign media.

Earlier, it was rumored that Tesla's plans to ship Cybercab and Semi parts from China to the US had been suspended due to US tariffs.

Last week, Tesla added it would reassess its growth forecasts in 3 months due to difficulties in evaluating the impact of changes in global trade policy on the auto and energy supply chains, and that it is believed that changes in political sentiment in the market could have a significant impact on demand for the Company's products.
